JOHN ADJOKATSE (MCIArb., MSc., LLM)
John holds an MSc. in Advanced Engineering (UK), an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration (UK) and is an Oracle certified Primavera P6 EPPM 8 Implementation Specialist. John has over 18 years working/consulting experience and is a Project Controls Specialist with extensive experience in tender planning and estimation, contract/construction planning and scheduling, project management & governance and developing reporting systems to some of the most complex and challenging project in Australia and Abroad. John has worked on Metro railway/rolling stock, waste water treatment facilities, energy from waste (EFW), combined heat and power plants, simple and combined cycle power plants, mining infrastructure, tunneling, roads/bridges, jetty and MOF facilities, processing plants and general civil works projects in various countries. John has also been involved in setting up earned value performance management systems, carried out quantitative risk analysis (PRA & Acumen Risk) for numerous clients and 4D/5D simulations using Navisworks Manage. Notable Companies worked for/reported to include BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Worley Parson, (KBR,CHIYODA,JGC), Citic Pacific Mining, Technip, Bombardier Transportation (UK), General Electric (GE) Power & Water, London Underground/Metronet, Von Roll Inova(Switzerland) and BamClough (Bam International & Clough Engineering)

John holds a Master of Science in Advanced Engineering (UK), a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration (LLM), and a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Registered RICS Expert Witness, a Professional Member of the Resolution Institute, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
In Australia, John has extensive experience supporting clients across sectors such as oil and gas, mining infrastructure and processing facilities, power plants, rail (metro and light rail), road and bridge projects, and more. His expertise includes tender planning, construction planning, project controls, forensic delay analysis, 4D/5D simulation, and quantitative risk analysis (using OPRA and Acumen Risk). Additionally, he has played a key role in implementing Earned Value Performance Management Systems and developing reporting systems, including dashboards and progress reporting templates.
John’s prior experience in the UK includes working on rolling stock refurbishment and permanent way construction for clients such as Bombardier Transportation, Network Rail, and Metronet/London Underground. His project portfolio spans a variety of industries and geographies, including:

Antony Goldschmied is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in project and change management, commercial and contract management, and advisory roles across a broad range of industries. He holds a PhD in Building and Construction, along with Masters degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Information Technology (MInfoTech). Additionally, he possesses qualifications in Electronic Engineering and Science, and holds various industry certifications, including the NSW Work Health and Safety (White Card) Certification.

An active member of the International Project Management Institute (PMI), Antony is recognised as an expert in project management, change management, and commercial contract management. He has held numerous board and advisory positions in both the private, not-for-profit and public sectors, including advising International and Australian Higher Education Institutions. His extensive experience includes managing end-to-end project delivery, strategic change initiatives, and overseeing commercial contracts to ensure optimal outcomes.
Antony has built a reputation for successfully delivering highly complex projects within budget and ahead of schedule, often exceeding client expectations. His expertise in stakeholder communication, relationship management, and risk mitigation complements his deep technical and business acumen, enabling him to effectively navigate political and commercial challenges while delivering high-impact results.

ISAIAH TEYE-MENSAH AWIDI (phD; MSc; MBA (MIS); Cert (Training and Assessment); Cert (Monitoring and Evaluation); Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) Serves as Partner in Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
Isaiah holds a PhD and MSc in Educational Technology, a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems with Project Implementation and Evaluation options, and certificates in Training and Assessment, as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. Dr. Awidi currently works as an Educational Designer and Researcher at the University of Southern Queensland and holds the position of Adjunct Lecturer/Fellow at the University of Queensland.
Currently serving as an Educational Designer and Researcher at the University of Southern Queensland, Dr. Awidi also contributes as an Adjunct Lecturer/Fellow at the University of Queensland. His international experience spans various projects, including Information Systems Process Implementation monitoring and evaluation across 3 primary universities in Ghana (UG; KNUST, UCC), and Learning Management Systems implementation in the Netherlands/Ghana. In Australia he contributed significantly as a project manager for the OECD Online Assessment for Children Project, working with partner countries (ACER). He worked in several universities as project lead on Teaching and Learning, LMS and research projects implementation
Isaiah’s professional portfolio includes a range of responsibilities, from collaborating with subject matter experts in developing assessment instruments to project managing the development of assessment instruments, monitoring and evaluation of online learning resources and tools, and implementation through digital platforms. His proficiency extends to managing Prince2 documentation processes, including product initiation, risk management, and project budgets (ACER). The expertise also extends to designing and facilitating professional learning training workshops across interdisciplinary professions and project management clients and project officers at different levels. His project implementation, monitoring and evaluation track record includes the International Early Childhood Learning and Well-being project (OECD, ACER), Technology for Learning Innovation (SUNSPOT) and Data Analysis (BEAM) Projects at the University of Western Australia, and the ICT support for Teaching and Learning Project at ECU (WA). Mentoring Student and Impact of University Deregulations Project, the ICT support for Teaching and Learning Project, E-Learning implementation strategies for ICT challenged environments at Edith Cowan University (ECU), the Training and Research Analysts Practice Project, Digital Forms of Assessment project, as well as MIS and E-Learning Systems Implementation.
